This certainly applies to the development firm Alliance Group.   In 2005, the newly established Alliance+ Ltd. began building a modern residential house in Batumi – a revolutionary project in Georgia at the time.   Following a rebranding in 2008, the company operated under a different name, but reverted back to its old name in 2015.   The company introduced another innovative project in the shape of hotel-type residential houses, which became a highly popular product both in Georgia and abroad. This concept helped turn Batumi into an attractive location for investors on the international real estate market.   Through collaboration with various other companies, the Alliance Group founders have built more than 20 residential complexes and aparthotels incorporating approximately 5000 apartments and over one million square meters of living space. These numbers point towards the great experience accumulated by the company and its founders.   2015 marked a new stage in the history of the Alliance Group, as it became the first development firm on the regional market to involve world-renowned hotel brands in its projects.
